  1. Story
There was once a woman who lived in Walkin Street Kilkenny. When she was a little girl she went up Daly's Hill which is situated near Kilcreene. As she was climbing over the gate her feet stuck to it and she was unable to move then. Soon the people of the neighbouring district gathered around and were obliged to cut the gate in order ti free her. However a portion of the gate remained stuck to her feet and could not be removed.
