  1. There is a moat near my house in the townsland of Burnchurch It is in a high field overlooking the other fields. It is also very high itself. It is very unlevel on the top. In some places there are heights & rocks.
    On the west side of it there is a big granite rock laid against moat. This is supposed to conceal the enterance. There was a man living in it whose name was Johnny Lodge, a great fiddler. This rock fell down on the enterance and shut __ inside. It is supposed what he was heard fiddling there.
    There is a lane going down to a farmeres residinence on one side of it. On the edge
