  1. In Bally Bur Castle there is supposed to be Gold Hidden. The Castle was built in 1560 by the Wall's, the Lords of Bally Bur. When Cromwell came he started to rob all the Castle's, and the people who lived there put Gold ahide at the bottom of the stone stairs. This stairs would take you to the top of the Castle.
    About ten years ago my Grandfather and Matthew Kearney, who is now the County Registrar went to dig it and all they found was broken glass and bottles. The people in the district say that if they found it they would have no good luck.
