    Ladys Well = Kilmanagh
    Coolagh = Mothel
    Killaloe = Glen
    Tulloroan
    with the exception of Glen and Mothel the others only attract children now.

  2. In the Penal times there was no education provided for Irish Catholics. Nor were they allowed to set up and educational system for themselves so they had to go to the Continent to be taught there had been many Catholic schools
