- One evening three men went to a Circus in Kilkenny, when they were returning home one man had to pass a graveyard in order to get home. But when he was going across the graveyard he heard a cry of a little baby, he nearly fainted when he heard it, so he continued his journey.
All of a suddened he heard it again, he was so frightened that he went the wrong way home as he was near his house two ploicmen shouted "Halt," he stood there gazed with terror. But then he told the whole story to them so they let him off.
