  1. Long years ago there was a certain man in this locality who had a lot of cattle and one horse. Every evening he used to go to the river to water the horse and every evening that he went he saw a water-horse. One particular evening he went and when he was coming home the water-horse followed him. The man took the strange horse home and fed and reared him. About a year after he went to the river with the horse bringing the water-horse with him. When he reached the river the water horse jumped in and vanished.
