  1. Some years ago Thomas O'Shea went about building a cow-shed but several people told him not to build it as it was in the way of the fairies, but he heeded them not. One day while he was starting to build it a small man clothed in green and red appeared to him and said
    "Do not build it there or you will have hard luck".
