    She brought the cup of honour to Knockmoylan near Lukeswell.
    The land in and around Lukeswell is good. There is one wood in the district named the "Grey wood" and contains about 80 acres. This wood is not as beautiful as it was thirty years ago. There are two streams running into Lukeswell, one is called the Blackwater and the other has no name.

  2. My home is situated in Ballyluskey in the parish of Mullinavat and in the Barony of Kilbeacon. Six families live in my town-land, and Cody is the name most common Most houses long ago were tatched and built with yellow clay and stones. Mr. Michael Cody is over seventy years and he is able to tell stories in English. His address is
