  1. Brigid's collection contained those of Paddy Conways as given by others and another of his rhyming answers.
    He was asked one day who made the wheels of his car.
    They were made by one Tierney & sure not to fail
    And set by Moloney from Sweet Ballyhale.
    Neddy Anderson wrote this one on a gate as he passed one morning. Neddy had been working for some time with Archdeacon OShea & was on his way to a new job with the minister Dr Foote:

    Going to Foote's from Father OShea
    A sad, sad story I have to tell
    Leaving heaven and going to hell
