It is said that Freney the Highway man hid gold in the parish of F ___. He hid it under a stone in a field owned by a man named Nolan. This man had four sons and he owned a small mill. One day the mill stone broke and they got the stone cutters to cut this big stone for a mill stone. When the sone cutters were gone the four boys lifted the stone and got thousands of pounds under it.
Soon afterwards they gave up the mill and went off and the people believed that they got a good sum of money.
