    I often made a daisy chain. I gather a bundle of daisies. I put a hole in the stem of the daisy and put another daisy head in through the hole I keep doing that until the chain is long enough. I tie the chain by putting a hole in the stems with a piece of thread through them.

    I got four sally switches about a foot long then I got four shorter, four shorter again until I had twelve sets of four. I got the four longest sticks and made with them a square. I fastened them firmly at the corners by means of a twine. I put the next longest
