  1. Wash scrape and clean raw potatoes. (new potatoes of no use) Scrape fine into a long cloth. Place in cloth as if filling a cigarette paper and let two people wring out potatoes by twisting cloth in opposite directions. Mix with a Slightly smaller quantity of flour with skim milk and salt to taste (no soda) and bake on a griddle. Eaten with butter.
