  1. Numerous are the graveyards that are in Mooncoin Parish. There is one in each of the following places, Mooncoin, Polerone, Ballytarsney, Kilnaspic, Turbid, Rathkieran, Portnascully, Aglish, Carrigeen, Clonmote, Kileraggan and many old tomb-stones are still to be seen. A Church was one time attached to these but nothing is visible now except the ruins.
    The greater number of these graveyards are sloped and hilly. A tomb-stone seen in Polerone has the
