    There is a picture in Mooncoin parish.
    Its equal in those days is not seen.
    It is a grotto which has now been completed.
    And situated in Carrigeen.
    2.
    There are huge stones in its foundation
    Sculptured by nature the like not seen.
    On its lofty heights stands the Virgin bright.
    Which yields more beauty to Carrigeen.
    3.
    Now Fr. Power he spared no labour.
    His reward is great for the work he has done.
    To erect a grotto in adoration
    For the Queen of Virgins and her son
