Finn Mac Cumhaill was the greatest giant of them all.
It is said that he was one day standing on Sliabh an Faraimh with a Scotch giant.
The Scotch giant asked him to go throwing stones.
They got a stone each the stone Finn had was the heavier.
Finn threw the stone and it stopped in Elphin outside Feeney's door.
It is now lying in the footpath and it is said if it is taken away that the town would be flooded on that account it is left where it is.
The stone that the Scotch giant threw fell a quarter of a mile short(continues on next page)
