  1. We do not belong to this part of the County Roscommon but my mother came from a place known as Derrylahan about a mile from Carrowbehy in the County Roscommon. The neat village of Derrylahan was known as the village of Ceatair. In this village there was a big house known as Ceatair House and it was owned by a lady whose name was Lady De Frayne. One night there was a dance in the big house and there was a great crowd of people at the dance. There was a woman and her two brothers at the dance and when the dancing and amusement was all over
