    1. I have a little knowledge of a great fire that occured near our house. A bog was set on fire about a month ago. The real cause of the fire was unknown but it did a good deal of damage. Some of the damage was that a big amount of turf was burned. Some of the turf was in large clamps. Nearly all the fences that came in reach of the fire were burned. The fire lasted nearly a whole week. If the fire went any further a house was in danger of being burned.
