  1. A Story

A very long time ago it happened that there came a very hot Summer.

A very long time ago it happened that there came a very hot Summer. And all the lakes and rivers were almost dry. The birds were so hoarse that they could not sing. A little girl went from her house in search of water, and on going into a wood, kneeling down she prayed for rain. She prayed so long that at last she fell asleep. When she awoke to her surprise she found her vessel full of clear water. As her mother was ill she hurried home, and as she drew near her door she met a stranger, he asked her for a drink of water in His name. Out of the vessel there came seven sparkling diamonds. It arose higher and higher until at last they reached the sky. Some people believe it to be the Cluster.
