  1. A girl got Holy Communion and put it in a match box and buried it in a field. A light used to come over the place and people told the priest and he dug up the matchbox.
A man was going home across the fields and when he was in the middle of a field a great big ditch came before him and another big ditch came behind him and a ditch each side of him. Whenever he went to jump the ditch the ditch got wider. At 3 o'clock in the morning the ditchs disappeared and then the man went home. People say there are fairies in that field- Mr Dunne's field
