    The harmful weeds are: thistle dock, and groundsel.
    The thistle and the groundsel are harmful because they spread rapidly. The dock is harmful because it impoverishes the soil.
    Rushes grown where the land is poor. Blast leaves which are used for the making of Blast ointment grow only where the land is good.
    Rushes are used for making 'ring-worm' ointment.
    Cuckoo Sorrel is used to prepare medicine which is good for the heart.
    Graisheach which grows in the ditches is used for making a medicine also.
    Blast leaves are used in the making of Blast ointment.
