The corn crake has its nest in a meadow and the cuckoo lays its eggs in the tit-larks nest.If the sea gulls fly inland, and swallows, and stares fly low it is the sign of rain. The reason the robin has a red breast is because when Our Lord was dying, it went to pull the thorns out of His Head, and drops of blood fell on his breast, and it is red ever since.Lily Proctor from her parents.
