    John Doorley went to Rathangan and there fought a great army.

    John Doorley went to Rathangan, and there fought a great army. He killed them and was victorious.
    It was there his ammunition ran short. He wrote afterwards of his insurrection in the dock before his death. He also went to Kilcock and Maynooth and was there victorious. He said that if his ammunition did not run short that he would free Ireland.
