10. Get a raw turnip slice it and put salt on it and rub juice on chilblains morning and night till gone ( heard over wireless). - 11. Rub with sulphur off a match ( Mrs Hollingsworth, Celbridge).
- 12. Beat feet with prickly holly (Miss Hamilton , Celbridge).
