    John Quinn, Parsonstown who died about a year ago had cures for several ailments such as tootache, boils & swellings. People came even from Dublin to him to be cured. It is said that when he lifted a worm that it turned white and died.
    Mrs Connolly Kilkeaskin cures ringworm by rubbing it with her wedding ring
    A person who was born after his fathers death can cure the thrush. The only man here who had that power died a short time.
