  1. 1. People are not supposed to kill their own cows for meat. The general thing is to buy one for the purpose.
    2 They used have the hooves of cows hanging in the cow house (Not certain were they hooves of cows that died and of those they killed).
    3. People don't like to kill anything on a Monday or start shearing.
    4 Anything that is started on a Saturday is supposed not ever be finished.
    5. if a man meets a woman first thing in the morning of his marriage he will not be lucky.
    6. "Something old and something new
    " borrowed and " blue"
    one is supposed to have all these the day of the marriage.
    7. If there happens to be a corpse in the chapel when people are getting married they will not be lucky.
