- Once upon a time a man was drowned outside Michael Shea's house of Doon, Tahilla. That night a man was coming from a dance and he saw a boat going west over the sea. There were three fairies rowing in it. There was one oar in the boat and there was no one rowing with it. They stopped where the man was drowned and when they were going east they had the man who was drowned rowing and there was no oar vacant.
