  1. There lived in the village of Sneem an old woman who son was transported as a consequence of some crime. He was convicted on the evidence of some local man. The mother cursed the man who testified. The curse took the form: "That the caor may kill him". (lightning or thunderbolt.)
    Well she had her desire. As he walked between two men he was struck dead by lightning.
