  1. Lauragh Church
Lauragh Church was built over seventy years ago. When it was roofed a great storm came and blew off the roof. It had to be roofed over again. The men that did the carpentry work in it were my great grand uncle Morty Larry and my great great grandfather Ned Jones. My grandfather remembers to be at Mass in the old Church. There was a gallery in it.
I, Anna Sullivan wrote this story from my grandfather Michael Guihan. Aged eight two years.
Transcribed by a member of our volunteer transcription project.
