    Long ago in the time of the famine there lived in a house in Adrigole two sisters. I don't know their names. One day they were dearly dying with the hunger. They came across the mountains to Glenmore. When they were just in sight of Glenmore one of them gave up there with the hunger. The other one kept going away till she came to a house. That was my grandmothers house. She was nearly dead but she ate there and she got all
