(Níl a thuille de agam.)This was composed by a man, who lived in Inchees, named John A. Twomey R.I. C. for a man who was disappointed in love. This "poet" is dead for the past twelve or thirteen years.
These are other verses he composed for the lady "Kate Dhiarmáin."I
Kate is as straight as a poker,
On Sunday she goes like a fawn,
The "Gaelic" is able to stroke her,
And send her back home to Dhiarmáin.
