  1. To play the game of cat four boys are needed. First two of them(A and B) each gets a stick about three feet long. Then they make two little holes about an inch deep and about thirty feet apart in a field or on the road, thus(.hole) (.hole). Next, one of the other two gets a stick about a foot long. This is called "the bat". Then the first two stand at the holes. Each puts the end of his stick into the hole, this A B. Now one of the other two(C and D) stands at the right hand side of each of these
