    First a stone about a foot square is obtained and placed on the ground. This is called the "Jack." Then two or more boys each obtain a stone about the size and shape of a goose egg. This stone is called a "Duck" They stand at a mark about sixteen feet away from the "Jack" and each in turn casts his "Duck" at it. As he casts it he must say "Duck."
