  1. Seán Dearg
    There was an old man and his name was Seán Dearg. He was a beggar (he was a beggar) he never wore boots or shoes.
    One day he was walking through a farm yard that was covered with furze, the farmer said to him. "I will take you across them" Seán said to him " how tender you are".
    Another day, a priest asked Seán to carry him on his back across a river, when the priest got on his back, he began to pinch him for fun. Seán said "stop" Priesteen or I will leave you fall into the river.
    The Priest did it again, and Seán let go his hold and let the priest fall into the river.
