  2. Tady Galivan's Prayer

    There was an old man by the name of Tady Galivan, he (who) went around from house to house. He had a great-desire for drink, the police often had him brought before the court, so he had a great hatred for them.
    The only prayer he used to say was "Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, May God save me from the power of the police."
    One day, a priest was passing by, and a man said to him "Priests have a fine life" Thady said "They may thank the devil for it."
