  1. (4) Story
There was a man there long ago and he belonged to the good people. One night when he was coming home he met four carrying a coffin. He said he would help them to carry it. He went under the coffin with them. The good people left. He opened the coffin and he found a girl inside in it. He carried her home. On his way home he met the good people playing football. They kicked the ball to him. He kicked it back. "A Thaidhg" said one of them, "as good as you are the lad took the girl off you". Another one of them said "she is no good to him until he pulls the pin behind her ear. A few days after she was reading the paper and there was something about a fair in Limerick she says "I was often there". The following morning he drove her to the fair and she met her people there. She went home with them.
