    Ballinagall, Moyles. There are a few bogs in this townland and the soil is very good also. There is one old man in this townland, he is over eighty years of age and he is my grandfather. His name and address is

  2. the district in which I am a resident is called Crosses. It is situated three miles out of Monaghan and it is a very fertile district. The probable reason why this district is called Crosses is this; there are four roads which meet and form a sort of crossroad so it is called Crosses. At this crossroads there is situated a hall known as "Crosses Orange Hall" and it was built in the year 1890. In this hall there are meetings, concerts etc . held during the Winter months.
    An outstanding deature of Crosses is a hill which belong to Mr. Andy Gillanders. When standing on the top of this hill you can see Dungannon Church spire and also Armagh Church spire. Crosses is a very
