  1. Once upon a time there lived a woman who had one son and the son would always stay out very late every night. So one day his mother told him that something would happen him on account of him staying out so late at night. So this day he was going to work and he met a funeral and they left down the coffin and he did not know what to do, then he said in the latter end that he would open it and when he open it he said that she was the nicest girl that he ever saw before so he took hold of her and put her on his back and took her home and when his mother seen him she said "Ah I knew that some thing would happen you," and when the next day came the girl got up and was working the hold day, and the mother became
