  2. It is said that if you are going anywhere and meet a red haired person it is unlucky or if you meet a weasel or one magpie. It is also unlucky if you forget anything when you are leaving the house and to turn back. It is also unlucky to take May flowers into a house where you have hens hatched or to take wild Woodbine that grows in the hedge or to give anything out of the house on May Eve. It is unlucky to see crows building at the house where they were never before or for pidgeons to come and stay with you. Saturday is a very unlucky to begin
