  1. Long ago the people would always get married before Ash Wednesday and there would be thirteen or fourtheen marriages in a few days. Long ago the people would give money for a present to the people that would be getting married. When the people would be getting married some of them would be married in houses. Nearly two hundred years ago the people would go on horse-back after they would be married.
