  1. There is only one tailor in our district. He works at his home and stocks the cloth for clothes. Cloth is not spun and woven locally.
    The implements that he uses are machine, lap-board, scissors, timble without any bottom, need and iron. At present shirts are not made in the homes. Flax was grown formerly and linen was woven and shirts made in the homes.
    Socks and stockings are knitted locally but thread is not spun in the homes. There are now no spinning wheels in the district.
