- When people have sore eyes the wash their eyes in the water with a rag and leave the rag on the bush Alm are given for the upkeep of the well.
- People visit Lady well it is open from the 15th of August to the eight of September. There is a box for alms at the well. In the evening the rosary is given out. There is a statue of the Blessed Virgin in the well
