    The following are the names of Glens.
    "Green Terrace" It derives its name from a glen that is there. There are also a rock and there is a hole in it where the priests used to say mass in the Penal days and up to this day there is a mass of purple flowers growing around it and a bush over it.

    Marriages take place before and after Lent of and Advent. May and September are thought to be unlucky months to get married. An old rhyme says:-
    "Marry in May and you will rue the day."
    "Marry in June when the roses are in bloom."
