    I give my soul to God to keep.
    There are four corners on my bed,
    There are four angles over spread.
    Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John, God bless this bed that I lie on.
    If any evil comes to me raise up

    The cross of Christ upon my breast.
    I turn my soul to Jesus Christ.
