- (continued from previous page)There is also a graveyard in Kilgorey. There is no chuch attached to it but there is a holy well in an adjoining field. Many people visit this well during the Summer mostly in the month of May and August. People have been cured of diseases by going to this well three times and using the water from the well.
- There are only about four old graveyards in this district. They are situated in Smithstown, Kilgory in the Parish of Clough, and one in Coone.
