    of. The woman sharply answering said. "You did not know ne because I had not the brand on my forehead". She was referring to the Blessed Ashes. The priest said "I will brand you. In about an hour her feet were turned backwards and the palms of her hands were turned to the back of her arms. All the people were surprised when they saw her and wondered what had happened but the protestants said she fell into the draw well.
