The men tried to remove the scapulars from him. Then he realised these were the "Wee People". He tore himself free and ran home never looking behind once and thanking God for getting home safely.

    Story of Loch Mor
    Lough Mor is a large lake situated in the North of our County. Many strange tales have been told about it. One fine Summers day, a woman was washing clothes in the waters of the lake.
    Suddenly she saw a small pearl button lying on the sand not far from where she stood. She picked it up and put it in her pocket. The water rose up + covered the clothes and swept away her washtub. She threw the button into the lake and instantly the waters calmed down again
