- Micky Conlon a Native of Mullaghbawn Crossmaglen Co, Armagh he lifted a stone 25 cwts on Tier Hill. He died in 1903.
Peter Conlon Anamar walked 100 miles in ten hours and thirty five minutes. He died in 1899 and he could lift a 40 stone sack on his own back.
John Mac Mahon was a man about 7 ft in height. He could go under any horse and lift him of his feet. This man lived near Crossmaglen and he died about twenty years ago.
