  1. Olden times. Long ago the people boiled their potatoes in a pot. Then when the potatoes were boiled, they took them off and divided them, then they put them in a big basket on the floor and they all gathered round the basket and ate as much as they liked. Then when they were finished, they washed the basket and hung up to dry for the next meal.
