  1. Long ago, when people would go to bed. The fairies would come in, and would be very busy in the house. The people always locked the door and windows. They did not know how they got in. They would be making an awful noise. They would be throwing Balloons through the house. When the people would get up in the morning all was left the same way as the night before.
    The people would hear them washing dishes and sweeping the floor. Then they would dance and sing songs.
