    which is not known, A docter cannot do much good to these diseases especially Arecipies, Whitlow, and sprain and I know some of these diseases can be cured. I know some of the people who have the cure.

  2. Local Cures

    In this country there are many cures for diseases with herbs ( by rubbing).
    A cure for warts was the juice of a dandelion on them. Another cure was find a snail and rub it on them and then hang the snail on a bush and when it rots the warts will go away. Another cure was take half a boiled potatoe and half a raw one and rub it on them.
    A cure for a toothache was:- get a black caterpillar and put it in a handkerchief and rum it on your gum. One must not look for the caterpillar. He must find it when not looking for it
